Cabinet Manufacturing

What is Cabinet Manufacturing

Students enrolled in the Cabinet Manufacturing Pathway will learn techniques of "Lean Manufacturing" which is the systemic method of eliminating waste within a manufacturing environment.  Students are also trained and certified in state-of-the-art tools and machinery, including Computer Numerical Control (CNC) automated technology.

WSD3 offers the following year-long classes in Cabinet Manufacturing:

  • Cabinet Manufacturing 1 
    • Students can earn 1 Math & 1 Elective Credit per semester
  • Cabinet Manufacturing 2
    • Students can earn 1 Math & 1 Elective Credit per semester
  • Cabinet Manufacturing 3
    • Students can earn 1 Math & 1 Elective Credit per semester
  • Cabinet Manufacturing 4
    • Students can earn 2 Elective Credits, no math

All classes must be taken in order and are taken off-site at The Mill.  

Industry Certifications

Students in Cabinet Manufacturing may earn the following industry-recognized certifications:

  • OSHA-10
  • WCA (Woodwork Career Alliance)
