CEBT Health and Wellness Center
Welcome
The CEBT Health & Wellness Center is offered to Widefield School District 3 (WSD3) employees and their families who are covered by the district insurance plans. There are no co-pays and most prescription costs are free. The wellness center is located in the south end of the SA Wilson building at 930 Leta Drive.

Leah Michelli | Physician Assistant
After graduating from Midwestern University in 2016 with her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies, Leah spent most of her time working as a physician assistant in primary care. She is thrilled with her transition to the CEBT Health & Wellness Center, where she will be able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time getting to know each of her patients individually. Leah also values helping her patients achieve their personal health goals and works to ensure that each person has an understanding of their current health status. She looks forward to helping the members of CEBT along their journeys to better health! In Leah's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising, cooking, and baking.
Yesmar Rosaly | Medical Assistant
Yesmar is a medical assistant with a wide array of healthcare experience in pediatrics, family medicine, and weight management. She is thrilled to work with the members of CEBT! At the CEBT Health & Wellness Center, she can help you schedule appointments, access the Marathon eHealth Portal, draw labs, and more. In Yesmar's free time, she enjoys reading and shopping.
