Axton M., a junior at Mesa Ridge High School, has found his passion both in competitive bowling and hands-on construction work at the MiLL. Though he has only been bowling for a year and a half, his dedication and love for the sport has helped him win the state competition in Greeley, earning him a spot at Nationals in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this summer. For Axton, bowling is more than just a competition—it’s a fun way to challenge himself while connecting with others. When he's not on the lanes, he’s honing his skills in construction, a field he’s dreamed of pursuing since childhood. Attending classes at the MiLL has given him the opportunity to build that foundation, with the ultimate goal of launching his own welding business. Outside of his pursuits, Axton enjoys fishing with his family, embracing every opportunity to live life to the fullest and work toward his dreams.
