- Widefield of Dreams
Hayden Bade is shooting his way toward the olympics. The Widefield High School junior has been shooting traps for seven years and has competed across the country. His father and Olympic Trap Shooter, Lance Bade, inspired him to pursue the sport. Hayden competed in the USA Shooting Trap Nationals in 2022 in Hillsdale, Michigan, and will compete in May 2023 for the First Olympic Trial. His dream is to compete in the Olympics in trap shooting and he practices everyday to get there. Outside of trap shooting, Hayden enjoys playing baseball and even takes welding classes at the MiLL.
