Cross Country


    Basic Information


    Practice meets at the MRHS track at 3:15pm to 5pm Monday through Friday.

    Training programs are individually designed and tailored to meet the needs of all athletes.

    All runners need a quality pair of running shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions. Runners must also bring a full bottle of water.
