Cross Country (Boys and Girls Teams)
Summer Training 2019
We just finished strong cross country and track seasons. We have seniors heading into college with scholarships and we want to keep that momentum going!
Make sure to come to the summer team runs and go into the upcoming season in shape and with high expectations!
Tuesdays and Thursday beginning June 11th at the Mesa Ridge track at 7:30AM
Wear a quality pair of running shoes and bring water, lots of water!
*If you are new to XC, don't worry. The coaches will start you off easy. Workouts are differentiated to the individual fitness level of each runner.
*You can join XC to get into shape and build your cardio for another sport. XC is great for wrestling, basketball, swimming, track, or any sport that require stamina and endurance
The 2019 schedule is in the process of being finalized. We will be going to Alamosa for a meet and then spending the afternoon at the Sand Dunes! Canon City will be running their meet at the Royal Gorge again. Regionals will be in Montrose. Plan on racing in some cool places across Colorado this year.
