    • You will receive a confirmation email, click on the link in the email to sign in (check your spam/junk folder)
    • Click on Activities or Memberships
    • Select the activity/membership

Policies

  • Payment Policies

    Full payment must accompany the registration prior to program start to guarantee a space in the program. Payment after the registration deadline is subject to a $5 late fee and placement is not guaranteed. We accept cash, check (payable to WSD3) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express). WSD3 will utilize CHECKWAY to recover payment for returned checks. Scholarships are available for qualifying WSD3 residents to use on our programs and activities.

     

    Cancellations

    We will notify you if any activity is cancelled. You will then have the option of transferring to another activity, obtaining a credit toward another activity or receiving a refund by check or to your credit card - please see refund policy. Location, dates, times, and cost of all programs are subject to change!

     

    Refund Policy

    A full refund is given if the class or program is cancelled or if requested more than 2 days prior to the start of the program. Afterwards NO refunds will be allowed unless circumstances, stated in writing, warrant consideration. For accountability purposes, no cash refunds can be made. Refunds or credits will be given on an individual basis. All refunds are subject to processing through Widefield School District 3 administration offices and require a receipt. Please allow two to four weeks for processing. There are no refunds on Memberships or Passes.
