Trouble Viewing Files? Click here for help

Trying to open a link or page that says "Not Available", a different error, or a blank screen?
  • Try a different browser. Google Chrome tends to work best. Mozilla tends not to work most often.
  • Try a different format. Some pages, images, or documents do not display well on the phone, for example - try accessing the site from a tablet or computer.
Trying to open a document w/words, titles, or graphics overlapping each other?
  • Choose "Open with" Google Docs for a cleaner version
  • Choose "Download" and open it after it has finished
    • Based on your set-up the file will move to the bottom of your screen or in the top next to the URL.
    • Click on the file once it is complete and it will open in a program on your computer.
