Community Free Program

Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Program is our way of giving back to communities by covering the fees for one Community Free flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary. 

All flyers submitted for free distribution will be reviewed by Peachjar for verification of eligibility and must comply with the following requirements:

• Your organization physically resides within the boundaries of the school district you wish to distribute to. 

• Your charitable program, service, or resource directly benefits children, has no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting monetary donations, or allowing for the purchase of products or services. Applicable to vendors if present.

• Your organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event. 

• Your flyer must specify that there is no cost to attend or participate.

Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 28 days. If you wish to distribute to more than one school district or more frequently than every 28 days, you may choose to distribute a standard flyer, subject to Peachjar's fees. Flyers will be reviewed individually, regardless of 501c3 designation. Peachjar reserves the right to determine final eligibility.

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school!

3. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyer board for your selected duration of time. We send flyers on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 p.m. For more information on the process or pricing, please email support@peachjar.com or call 858-997-2117.

Widefield School District 3 will evaluate the educational value of the materials or advertisements, the age or maturity of students in the intended audience, and whether the materials or advertisements support the mission and vision of the district.

Flyers from outside community organizations that may be approved include:

1. Information from non-school-sponsored youth sports and recreation activities offered in/to our community. These cannot be in direct competition with Widefield Parks and Recreation. 
2. Information from municipal, government agencies in our community that are not political in nature.
3. Community organizations providing educational or enrichment services that may directly benefit WSD3 students.

Flyers will not be approved if they are defamatory, obscene, or a solicitation in nature; if the literature promotes alcohol, tobacco, or drug use, or it is likely to cause a substantial disruption to the educational process/environment.

WSD3 does not endorse any particular group that distributes literature through Peachjar.
